Terms and Conditions of Service

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as your order will be made as soon as we receive it. You agree to pay the full amount of the order on or prior to delivery, this is non-refundable and once payment has been made it is final. You agree that you have checked your order prior to making it, that it is correct, as it will be made as soon as we receive the order. Chutneys Takeaway will try to deliver your order as soon as it has been made. We only offer delivery within our specified radius. For further details please contact Chutneys Takeaway. All promotional offers available can be withdrawn at any time and are correct at time of print. Chutneys Takeaway will aim to have your food delivered in approximately 60 Minutes, however during busy periods it can take longer so please bear with us. 

How We Use Your Information.

We use the information that we collect about you solely to provide communication with you via phone or email (if you have subscribed to our newsletters) and to order food online using our online ordering systems. We won’t share your information with any third-party service.

Emails & Email Marketing

If you have subscribed to any newsletter service, we may send you newsletters from time to time to inform you of any new promotions we may have. You have the right to unsubscribe from these at any time as each newsletter we send will have an UNSUBSCRIBE link.
